What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Discover, Visa or MasterCard as payment. Sorry no personal checks.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit to reserve any unit. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery. Payments maybe made by credit card or money order mailed to: Bouncin Beyond P. O. Box 37404 Pensacola FL 32526. Please keep in mind your reservation will not be reserved until deposit has been received. Deposit amounts vary on unit requested. You may reschedule or cancel by calling us. All cancellations will be subject to a nonrefundable amount that is half of deposit taken. ($50 deposit, refund $25) ($100 deposit, refund $50)
What if it rains?
For safety reasons the units will not be setup during periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, etc.). The deposit can be applied for re-booking or can be refunded. We understand rain can not be controlled.Therefore, we will refund your deposit if the request to cancel notice is given to us 1 hour before your scheduled delivery. You will be contacted by us if the weather is potentially bad to discuss the options.
How many kids can fit in the bouncers?
As a general guide line:
- Ages 2 to 8 ....... 8 to 10 children (depending on size)
- Ages 9 to 12 .......6 or 7 children
- Ages 13 to 16+ .....4 to 6 children
However keep in mind that compatible sized children MUST play on the unit at the same time, REGARDLESS of age. Different sized children must not be mixed. Please remember, the above is a guideline only. It all depends on the size of the children, and how active they are. Toddlers you can get more in, since they are smaller, and less "bouncy." Remember, you want to keep them safe. If needed, split kids into groups. Give each group ten minutes in the bounce house.
What areas do you serve?
We delivery to Pensacola and surrounding areas. 30 mile radius
Can I pick the inflatable bouncer or slide up at your location, and set it up myself?
For safety reasons, all of Bouncin Beyond inflatables must be set up and taken down, by a representative of Bouncin Beyond. Due to the sheer size of our bouncers (some are 300 plus pounds), no customer pick ups are permitted. Besides, it's best to leave the work to us.
What kind of area can bouncers or slides be set up in?
You will need a somewhat flat grassy area that is clean of debris (sticks, stones, mud, etc.), tree roots, or pet waste. A Bouncin Beyond representative my refuse setup if the area is not clear. If you do have a sprinkler system, please advise us before setting up. For proper clearance, you will need at least a 20 x 20 area, with clearance overhead (no power lines, trees, branches, overhangs, etc.) of 20 feet. An electrical outlet needs to be within 100 feet. If you do not have an electrical outlet nearby, a generator will be required. Please inquire with us if considering a setup on pavement, as some units can only be setup on a grassy area.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a bouncer?
ASAP! As soon as you have a confirmed date for your party, we highly recommend that you book your bouncer for that date. Don't wait! There's nothing worse than getting your party organized, then calling up to book a bounce house or slide, and finding that none are available. There is nothing we hate worse than having to turn someone down. We can't promise anything, but a lot of times we've had those last minute bookings and were able to get to the party on time.
